Request your FTP Details
Short for File Transfer Protocol, your FTP details are the lock and key to your website. To obain your website’s FTP details, you will need to contact your website hosts or website developer.
You will need to request the following FTP Details:
FTP Address
FTP Username
FTP Password
Root Directory
Once you have this information you may email it to Igntion Media.
Request your Database details
If your website has a administration section or database, we may also need either the passwords to your database. If you have a php database, we may also need a ‘database dump’ or if you have a Microsoft database, a copy of this database should also be requested.
You can request this information from either your website hosting company or your website developer.
